Free Onsite Installation
You don't have to worry about disassembling fences, delivery fees, or vehicles damaging your lawn. We hand carry all materials to the location site and assemble them on the spot.
Solid Block Footings
We make sure your shed is leveled on solid cement blocks. If your shed requires a higher elevation, we use tough blocks with added support joists. No ground contact ensures years of quality floor life, with no danger of rot or insect damage.
Quality Flooring Support
We use either 2"x6" or 2"x8" floor joist in all our sheds, depending on the size of the shed. Most other shed companies use only 2"x4" floor joists. Tired of saggy spots on the floors of cheaply made sheds? Our floors are strong and durable to ensure years of use.
Secure Anchoring
We use quality hurricane shed anchors on all our sheds to keep them secured to the ground. We also use roof hurricane anchors to secure the roof to the walls. Never fear windy days or inclement weather, your shed isn't going to move.
Wall Construction
We frame all our walls with Pressure Treated Ground Contact 2x4's wall studs. This significantly increases the structural strength, preventing wall sagging, bowing, mildew, and rotting.
Locking Door Tee Handle
No more cheap padlock hasps or eye clasp hooks that can easily be ripped out or cause the doors to gape. All of our doors have a locking tee handle with keys for superior security.
Gable Vents
Gable vents are vital for sheds to eliminate heat and moisture build up, and to keep a good air flow. They reduce the risk of rot and dampness for your shed and its contents. Most competitors charge extra for their gable vents, all our sheds come with gable vents free of charge.
30 Year Architectural Shingles
30 year architectural shingles have a unique three-dimensional texture built into them, resulting in shingles that are much sturdier than other asphalt shingles. We offer a choice of five popular shingle colors to choose from.
LP SmartSide Wall Panels
Premium LP SmartSide wall panels provide the look and warmth of wood without the maintenance, but with added durability. We use the same sidings as houses use. It can withstand harsh elements without absorbing water, chipping or fading. We use LP SmartSide for all our shed walls.
4 - 6 Inch Roof Overhangs
Our sheds have a standard four or six inch optional overhangs around the roof-line to keep the shed dry in inclement weather. This protects the shed and base to help prolong life from water or snow roll off.
White No Maintenance PVC Trim
No More Rotting Trim or Sagging Doors!! Looking at old sheds, you quickly see that the first thing to deteriorate is the trim boards. We eliminate that from happening on our sheds by only using PVC trim boards. PVC trim boards never need paint, never rot, and never get damaged by insects. All our trim is white, but custom colors are available upon request.
